Okay, I had to read this one a few times to get the jest of it. Basically a 14 year old babysitter and an 8 year old boy play "truth or dare." Babysitter dares boy to touch her breasts. Boy takes babysitter up on dare. Boy tells mother about the "incident." Police are called in. Prosecutor looks at the case, and charges both the babysitter and the 8 year old boy. The boy was a "willing participant." No kidding. The fact that someone has to take this to the police, much less that this is a reason to charge an 8 year old is ludicrous.
