It's 2006. Look at the calendar. That "2" means a new century. The "6" means you've had adquate time to stop writing checks with "19" at the beginning of the year date. By now you've probably got the VCR to stop blinking 12:00. The internet is notably not new. Yet here in 2006 I still have to endure people who make entire emails and message postings in UPPERCASE. It's shouting. Period. If you are TRYING TO MAKE A POINT you use uppercase, but putting an entire posting in uppercase shows that you have not evolved to a point where you can adequately function on the internet, and therefore should go back to newspapers, typewriters, and rotary dial phones. And while you're there, asking Mary Tyler Moore how to function in this state of the art 70's office, ask also for your deserved beatdown from her boss Lou Grant.
