You know, I've seen getaway cars parked better waiting outside a bank for the robbery to end. Of course it's a Camry, probably pulled into the spot by some rufuse yakking away on a cellphone. This unfathomably stupid malingerer deserves to be held down on the yellow line while the car is backed out, right over the top of his (or her) body.
