People who use the pre-printed "post-it" note in their junk mail aren't very clever. They try to lend that personal touch by stating things in some near-handwritten font of "how they can really help you." I get at least one of these a week in the mail from mortgage companies offering to refinance. The marketing egghead who came up with this deserves to be scrambled, along with a nice side of julienned beatdown for this poor display of imitation sincerity.
