CoCo: DNS Poisoning Requested From Providers by Rights Organisation: The German rights organisation for composers, lyricist and publishers, GEMA, deserves a beatdown. They are asking 42 access providers in Germany to poison their DNS servers to prevent access to sites that provide eDonkey links. Poisoning the DNS server means making the results incorrect to the sites and thus making them unreachable. This is why I run my own DNS servers. This is another example of the hopeless fashion in which big business is not embracing technology but rather fighting against it as their antiquated business model takes them down. Wake up, you beatdown idiots.
