We ordered wifey a set of Tae-Bo DVDs for her workouts. The email clearly states when the item will ship.

Let's check with UPS and see when it arrived:


Hmm..it arrived six days earlier than they said they shipped it.

Well isn't that just a brilliant piece of work! Don't get me wrong, I'm delighted we got the item as quickly as we did, but it's very inept customer service to send me an e-mail about an item shipping out six days after it arrived at our house! This demonstrates to me a poorly run company that seriously needs a whack upside the head. I'd choose to use the left hand to whack, as the right hand clearly doesn't know the head is still connected.
