At the junction of mental illness and a bad drug trip we have this guy. Police officers caught him inside a car he broke into, wearing no pants, and he believed that a leprechaun had let him into the vehicle. He must have been after his lucky charms! If I caught this guy in my car, bad drugs aside, he'd need a trip to the hospital for surface injuries, that's for sure.
