Reeding Iz Fun Da Mental

The last time I checked a person needed to pass a written test to get a license and therefore operate and park an automobile. This one is so blatant that I was tempted to toss a rotting banana peel in the passenger side window. However I did not stoop to that level and instead blogged about it so hundreds of random strangers could bask in the car operator's stupidity and imagine the beating he deserves.
