Sometimes policy is equivalent to lunacy. Case in point this story relayed to me yesterday by the Jeff. Jeff was in Subway (eat freshshhhhhh!) with his daughter. He ordered a short sub for himself and one for his daughter. The sandwich maker asked if his daughter wanted cheese on her sandwich. Jeff replied "no, you can put it on my sandwich." At this point, the pimply-faced-youth said "well, I'd have to charge you for extra cheese then." This sort of stupidity is dumbfounding. They won't take the price of the cheese off the sandwich for his daughter, but they would charge him extra to move approximately 5 inches to the left and put the cheese on the other sandwich. Ridiculous, and worthy of a drowning in ranch dressing, oil, and vinegar. Woof!
