I'm talking about someone who comes to you, butters you up because "you're the expert,", the follows up with the slimiest, sneakiest, bastardly way of getting YOU to do his work by saying "Vo, can I count on you to take care of this?" Umm, no, I'm not going to do your job, no matter how much frosting you put on top.
