Any online service company that REQUIRES you to pick up the telephone and call them to cancel the service, like AOL and Napster (Chris Pirillo I agree!), deserves to have their "retention" department anally retented in their kiester. If I can sign up without talking to a call center flunkie, why do I have to call one to dissolve the relationship? Heck, it works for Radio Shack!
