Just Plain Stupid (TM) part 2: Half.com is owned by eBay, and has been for a long time. PayPal is owned also by eBay. There are tons of stores not owned by eBay that can use PayPal. eBay makes it difficult to buy without using PayPal on the auction site. Yet, there is NO way to make a purchase on Half.com with PayPal. That's just plain nuts. Perhaps the dirty little secret here is that the fees for PayPal are so high that sellers on Half.com wouldn't make much if they used it, but it seems inconceivable to me that eBay cannot some how make it so they would use their own payment system? Is there someone there who I can smack in the head and make the bones rattle? In Italian, "stupido."
