I know it's sad when someone owns a business that goes under. However, they need to do a few things to sanitize the "remains." For example, if it was an adult bookstore, the title of the business should probably be removed from the building if it's going to stand vacant. More importantly, there should be a law for a shut-down gas station that all gas prices must be removed. I KNOW the place is closed, but when I drive by the building and see $1.27 under unleaded, I still just about wet my pants. If you own an old gas station that has gas prices of when they were low, you deserve an unleaded $2.99 a gallon beatdown if you don't pull those old numbers down.
