The “weather changes everything” pinhead:
Drivers are bad enough when the weather is fine, but if it rains, snows, etc, they can turn into total brainless blobs. 3 flakes of snow, or 2 drops of rain, and some dimwit pulls into the fast lane, slows down to 50, turns the flashers on, and acts like it takes all of his skill and concentration just to keep his vehicle on the road. And God forbid if another vehicle miles ahead on the horizon taps the brakes - this prompts our ace to likewise slow down more. Get off the road, helpless.
