As a followup to yesterday, Apprently I'm not the only person who is irritated by someone's pet making a mess and them not cleaning it up. In Korea, they take the beat down to the extreme! Since this woman wasn't taking care of her things, people there captured her image with cameraphones and posted it on the 'net. Woof!
