Stupid and criminal. I think it would have been fitting to let nature take its course with cleansing the gene pool of this man's DNA. This moron in Dallas had to be rescued from the top of a live electrical pole because he was injured by it on top while stealing the copper wiring. This guy has exactly two brain cells and they seemed to be locked in mortal combat, leaving no room for normal functionality. Provided he survives, he should probably be subjected to repeated bolts of low voltage to shake his body down.
