I am sick and tired of the followup customer satisfaction survey. EVERYTIME I buy something from Dell, or call Cisco for some help, or open a support call with my phone vendor, I get a followup "click here for your one chance in hell of winning a new iPod" where you interrogate me for 10 minutes. I don't have time for this, and asking me twice only makes me want to kick your ass twice.
