One of the very first posts on this blog was about SCO (the Santa Cruz Organization), which had morphed into a company that's business model included suing others over intellectual property they claimed the owned, basically holding the Linux community at ransom in 2003 and 2004. Well, a judge has ruled BEAT FREAKIN DOWN, and SCO is going down for the count. Shares of the company are now below 50 cents, and is now on it's last breath. So long, byotches!
