I'm bewildered by the actions of upright walking people sometimes. Yesterday was garbage day in my neighborhood. Here it means you take out to the curb a large plastic can along with a tub for recylables. The recycle items include empty bottles, cans, paper, and cardboard. The forecast called for 20 mph winds. It was windy in the morning. My neighbors up the street take out their recycle pile with empty plastic bottles and carboard on top, heavy paper on the bottom. Of course the entire neighborhood is covered in bottles, cans and light cardboard. Did they not notice when they were walking out it was windy? I think I should be allowed to pile up this stinky dirty stuff on their heads. It's astounding that people don't notice this will happen.
