There are scumbags in this world. But this lowlife sumbitch takes the cake. He has a fight with his girlfriend, then proceeds to snap the necks of 10 puppies in front of her to make his point. There is no excuse for this--this is the most despicable behavior a human being can have. He needs to be buried up to his neck in sand, then run over by a lawnmower. Twice.
