Any city or county road planner who approves a road that has different speed limits in opposite directions deserves a beat down. The county road next to my home is 45MPH heading east and 50MPH heading west. Why? The idiot who designs that deserves to be drug behind my car, at a speed varying between 45 and 50 MPH.
